Bipolar scholarships entries do require some effort on your part, but provide a great alternative to taking out more and more college loans :)

If you need money for college and have some great info on bipolar disorder to share, then $750 cash could be yours.
The rules are simple:
1. You must use the form at the bottom of this page to submit your entry. After you have submitted, download, complete, and email
this separate entry form
as a MS Word attachment (instructions below and on the form itself so open it and read it).
2. You must be a student enrolled in a US college, technical or trade school. Postgraduate study such as a law degree or Masters degree also qualifies.
3. You must be 21 years of age or older on or before July 1, 2010.
2. Email your completed entry form as an MS Word attachment to sarah@bipolar-lives.com by midnight (EDT), June 1, 2010.
3. You MUST use "Scholarship Application" as the subject line of your email. Entries with other subject lines will not be opened.
4. You must be able to open the attached MS Word entry form, complete it, and email it back as an MS Word attachment. We do not accept any other type of word processing attachments and are not able to assist you with any computer or software troubleshooting. No emails asking for assistance or alternatives will be answered.
5. Winner will be notified July 1, 2010.
6. Your entry must be 450 - 900 words long.
7. Not all entries will be published on the Bipolar Lives website. However, all entries will be considered for the final award of the scholarship.
8. Submissions may be edited for spelling or grammar and to suit the style of the site.
9. All entries MUST BE YOUR ORIGINAL WORK - not copied from somewhere else!
10. Your entry should contain useful and interesting info on bipolar disorder on one of the following topics:
- symptoms of bipolar disorder
- bipolar disorder treatments
- bipolar treatment centers
- dual diagnosis treatment centers
- info on bipolar disorder
- diagnosing bipolar disorder
- is bipolar a disability?
Please note: What we really want is factual, useful info on bipolar disorder, NOT personal stories. T.K.'s is the best example so far!
The bipolar scholarships entries we publish may be commented on by others visiting your page, so let your friends and family know about it. However, the final winner will be decided by the judging panel based purely on merit and chance plays no part.
