Great article and yes there is hope!! People living with Bipolar have done great things, and they will do great things. By just writing and sharing is a great things, as I feel we recognize our illness and are willing to get help and help others. Good job!!!

This excellent essay is a great example of what we are looking for. It is full of accurate, useful facts about bipolar but still has a personal feel. The writer has done a terrific job of fitting a lot of information into a very readable essay. Good job!
